We know that when we allow your minds to take a refreshing break from our daily routine it lifts our spirit, raises our energies and brings us back to work or life with greater focus. We have felt that when we go on a holiday. Did you know you can power yourself at work when you take short power breaks? Like a power nap but not that long. Don't believe it - try it now. I am uploading images from my recent trip to Ladakh, India this month. Lose yourself in these images as you notice the colours, the mood, the details.
